How it works

  1. Written application — before any conversation

    Send a full written presentation of the case and of yourself. Anonymous or incomplete inquiries receive no reply.

  2. Preliminary review — €4,000–6,000

    If the case falls within my scope, you will receive terms for a paid preliminary review, payable in advance. The review ends with my assessment and a consultation — and my decision whether I take the case.

  3. Engagement — accepted cases only

    Full strategic engagement: the map, the sequencing, the professionals, the owner. Terms below.

What your application must contain

  • Who you are: name, citizenship, country of residence, your business, public footprint
  • Full chronology of the case: when it started, which institutions, what actions, key dates
  • What is at stake: assets, structures, jurisdictions, approximate values
  • Documents you hold: decisions, assessments, freezing orders, protocols
  • What has been tried so far — lawyers, appeals, outcomes
  • What you seek, and your realistic horizon

Minimum terms

Engagement: from €250,000 / month

Plus 3–50% equity in the recovered or newly formed structure

Engagements are structured per case. If these terms are beyond your case's scale, this service is not the right fit — the community resources of Justice for Entrepreneurs CIC exist precisely for you, free of charge.
Payment is by invoice after written confirmation — bank transfer or card link. No payments are collected through this website.
